(A) Any person in violation of any provision of this subchapter shall, upon conviction, be fined for each violation.
(B) When any police officer or agent of the city observes a violation of this subchapter, he or she shall issue or request issuance of a citation pursuant to this subchapter and shall comply with the notice provisions contained herein. It shall not be a violation for the initial citation, provided that the subject vehicle is removed within the 24-hour time limit.
