(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to move snow, or cause snow to be moved or piled on any sidewalk in the city.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to move snow or cause snow to be moved from any driveway, parking lot, alley, sidewalk or other parcel of land and deposit the same upon any street, highway or right-of-way of the city. The City Street Department shall be exempt from the provisions of this section.
