The length of allowable parking time at metered spaces within the city shall be designated on the meterhead at the space or on signs located near each space or in each parking lot. The length of time for any individual meter or any individual parking space on the street or in any municipally owned lot may be changed by the official action of the Board of Public Works and Safety at their discretion.
