§ 72.06 PARKING IN CONGESTED LOCATIONS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall park any vehicle upon a street, other than an alley, in a manner or in a condition so as to leave available less than ten feet of the width of the roadway for free movement of vehicular traffic.
   (B)   When official signs prohibiting parking are erected upon any narrow streets, or at hazardous or congested locations, or on one-way streets, all as authorized by this code, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle upon any street in violation of any sign of these types.
