§ 71.23 STOPPING FOR SCHOOL BUSES REQUIRED.
   It shall be a violation of this section when any person driving a vehicle:
   (A)   Meets or overtakes from any direction a school bus stopped on a roadway and is not stopped before reaching the school bus when the arm signal device is in its extended position; or
   (B)   Proceeds before the arm signal device is no longer extended.
