(A) A person who drives a vehicle and is not on official business may not do any of the following:
(1) Follow any fire apparatus traveling in response to a fire alarm at a distance closer than 500 feet.
(2) Drive into or park a vehicle within the block where fire apparatus has stopped in answer to a fire alarm.

(B) A street car or vehicle may not be driven over an unprotected hose of the Fire Department when laid down on a street, private driveway or street car track to be used at a fire alarm or alarm of fire without the consent of the Fire Department official in command.
