§ 71.15 OBSTRUCTION OF INTERSECTION.
   No driver shall enter an intersection or marked crosswalk unless there is sufficient space on the other side of the intersection or crosswalk to accommodate the vehicle that is being operated without obstructing the passage of another vehicle or pedestrians, notwithstanding any traffic-control signal indication to proceed.
