There hereby is created a Police Vehicle Equipment Fund, which Fund shall be spent by additional appropriation or annual budget.
(A) All proceeds from payments received by the Ordinance Violations Bureau shall be allocated, set aside and deposited in the Police Vehicle Equipment Fund for traffic violations of this code.
(B) Funds in the Police Vehicle Equipment Fund shall be used for the acquisition of police vehicles and any other equipment related to the operation of the vehicles, including, but not limited to, radio equipment, light bars and individual officer equipment necessary to the operation of the individual police vehicle.
