§ 70.08 RIDING OR DRIVING ANIMALS.
   A person who rides an animal or propels any push cart upon a roadway is:
   (A)   Subject to the provisions of this code applicable to the person who drives a vehicle; and
   (B)   Is not subject to the provisions of this article that by their nature have no application.
