§ 52.087 TRACKING SYSTEM.

   The Authority may require all or part of the following items from the user by a specific date:

   (A)   Self-monitoring reports;

   (B)   Industrial discharge permit applications;

   (C)   Compliance schedule progress reports;

   (D)   Follow up information subsequent to facility inspection;

   (E)   Reports following spills, accidental or slug discharges;

   (F)   Special discharge permit applications;

   (G)   Waste manifests; and/or

   (H)   Written response to notices of violation.
