§ 52.035 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   All industrial users proposing to connect to or discharge sewage, industrial wastes and other wastes into the city’s collection system must complete an application for an industrial wastewater discharge permit (IWDP) and a sewer connection permit before connecting or discharging to the POTW.
