§ 52.021 PRETREATMENT STANDARDS.
   The categorical pretreatment standards found at 40 CFR Chapter I, Subchapter N, Parts 405-471, state requirements and limitations on discharges, or the requirements in this chapter shall apply, which ever is more stringent.
