§ 99.02 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   Enforcement of this chapter shall be by the Police Department.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the City Attorney, to whom the Police Department shall report any violation of the provision of this chapter, to cause proceedings to commence against the person violating the provision of this chapter and to prosecute to final termination.
