The Board of Public Works and Safety is hereby authorized and empowered to execute reciprocal agreements with other emergency ambulances services providing for cooperation between the emergency ambulance services, reciprocity of memberships and any other coordination and cooperation between ambulance services which the Board of Public Works and Safety determines to be in the best interest of the city.
