§ 98.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter, the following have the following meanings unless otherwise designated:
   BANNED FIREWORKS. All items listed in I.C. 22-11-14-8(a), as amended, or any other type of fireworks prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
   CONSUMER FIREWORKS, SPECIAL FIREWORKS, and FIREWORKS. All have the same meanings as provided in I.C. 22-11-14-1, as amended.
