For the purpose of this chapter, in addition to the definitions provided for in the state statute, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY
. The Building Commissioner and Code Administrator for the City of Valparaiso.
HEARING AUTHORITY
. The Board of Works for the City of Valparaiso.
SUBSTANTIAL PROPERTY INTEREST
. The definition set forth in I.C. 36-7-9-2 is hereby incorporated by reference, as if copied in full.
