(A) The County Health Department, upon notification by the applicant that the construction of facilities has been completed, shall inspect the trailer camp and, if the provisions of this chapter have been fully complied with, issue a permit. The permit shall be posted in a conspicuous place within the trailer camp.

(B) All permits issued under this chapter shall be valid for a period of one year from date of issuance, at which time the permit may be renewed for a one-year period, without filing of plans and specifications.

(C) Any permit issued under this chapter may be revoked for due cause after a hearing before the County Health Department. There shall be at least five days notice of the hearing given to owner or permittee, his or her agent or representative by personal service upon him or her.
