(A) New construction. Fees will be assessed based on the current building value data (BVD) as provided by the International Code Council. The permit fee is established by using the BVD table and a permit fee multiplier. The permit fee multiplier is based on the total construction value within this jurisdiction for the past year.
(B) Inspection fees.

(E) All remodels, alterations and miscellaneous construction including but not limited to decks, porches, pools, signs and fences. Permit fee based on cost of project.

(F) The Building Commissioner reserves the right to waive the applicable building permit fees related to any projects performed on behalf of the city and/or its various boards and commissions.
(G) Any builder, owner, or contractor requesting more than the 13 standard inspections for residential new construction or 21 standard inspections for commercial new construction, including, but not limited to, pre-pour foundation, backfill, underground electrical, underground plumbing, electric service, rough framing, rough plumbing, rough mechanical, rough electrical, above ceiling, final plumbing, final electrical, final mechanical, final structure, shall pay a fee of $25 for each additional inspection.
