   (B)   Beginning where the north line of U.S. Highway Number 30M crosses the west line of the east one-half of the northwest one-fourth of Section 26, Township 35 North, Range 6 West, and running thence north along the west line to the north line of the northwest one-fourth of Section 26; thence east along the north line to the northeast corner of the northwest one-fourth, Section 26, Township 35 North, Range 6 West; thence north to the north right-of-way line of the New York, Chicago and St. Louis (Nickel Plate) Railroad; thence northwesterly along the north railroad right-of-way line to the west line of the east one-half of the southwest one-fourth of Section 23, Township 35 North, Range 6 West; thence north to the north right-of-way line of Joliet Road; thence northeasterly along the north right-of-way line of Joliet Road to a point 60.28 feet west of the southwest corner of Lot 6, Block 2 in Institute Addition to the City of Valparaiso; thence northerly parallel to the west line of Institute Addition to the City of Valparaiso to an iron pipe located midway between the north line of Joliet Road and the north line of Farrell Street extended and also four feet west of a straight line run to a point on the north line of Farrell Street extended 60.28 feet west of the southwest corner of Lot 5, Block 3 in Institute Addition; thence northeasterly by a deflection of approximately 3° to the right to the point on the north line of Farrell Street extended 60.28 feet west of the southwest corner of Lot 5, Block 3 in Institute Addition;
