Any person receiving a notice of violation, fine or having permits withheld pursuant to the provisions of § 54.10, may appeal the determination of the city. The notice of appeal must be made to the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) and must be received by Planning Department staff within ten days from the date of receipt of the notice. The appeal shall be according to the procedures set by the BZA. A hearing on the appeal before the BZA shall take place within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice of appeal. The decision of the BZA shall be final.
