Any person subject to an industrial or construction activity NPDES storm water discharge permit IAC 327 15-6 (Rule 6) shall comply with all provisions of such permit. Proof of compliance with said permit must be acceptable to the city prior to the allowing of discharges to the MS4. Violations of said permit may be enforced under the provisions of this chapter.
