§ 51.67 DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   Any work within a public right-of-way requires a right-of-way cut permit. Trees, sidewalks, parkways and other public property disturbed in the course of the work shall be restored in a manner satisfactory to the city and meeting the requirements of the right-of-way cut permit.
