§ 51.57 OWNER RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTENANCE OF SERVICE LINE.
   The owner(s) of a property shall be responsible for all cleaning, maintenance and repair of the service line from the service connection at the main to the structure being served. This includes any portion of sewer service located within public right-of-way and/or under road pavement.
