§ 51.50 CONNECTION PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No person shall expose, repair, abandon, construct, disconnect, clean, alter, plug or disturb any public or private sanitary sewer main or service, or any appurtenance thereto without first obtaining a sewer permit from the Office of the City Engineer.
