622.026 CULTIVATION, PROCESSING, OR RETAIL DISPENSING OF MARIHUANA FOR MEDICAL PURPOSES PROHIBITED.

Cultivation, processing, or retail dispensing of marihuana for medical purposes is hereby specifically prohibited anywhere within the Village. The violation of this section is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
