The Village shall administer the provisions of this chapter, shall be responsible for determination of compliance with its provisions, and shall issue such notices and orders as may be necessary. The Village may consult with the Cuyahoga Soil and Water Conservation District, State and Federal agencies and other technical experts as necessary. Any costs associated with such consultations may be assessed to the applicant or his or her designated representative.
