1228.60 APPEALS BOARD ESTABLISHED.
   (a)   The Planning Commission is hereby appointed to serve as the Appeals Board for these regulations as established by Village Code.
   (b)   Records of the Appeals Board shall be kept and filed in Village Hall at 6848 Hathaway Road, Valley View, Ohio.
