1464.03 CONFORMITY TO ZONING CODE.

The Inspector of Buildings shall not issue a house moving permit unless it is first determined by the Planning Commission that the proposed location of the building or structure, if within the Village, conforms to the Zoning Code and other pertinent regulations of the Village.
