(a) Residences. The fee for a permit to construct a residence or accessory structure 200 square feet or larger in a Country Home District shall be one hundred forty-five dollars ($145.00). The fee to construct for any accessory structure less than 200 square feet in a Country Home District shall be thirty-five dollars ($35.00). (Ord. 86-2-3. Passed 2-4-86.)
(b) Industrial and Commercial Buildings. The permit fee for industrial and commercial buildings shall be five dollars (5.00) for each 100 square feet or fraction thereof, except that one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be a minimum fee.
