(a) "Private garage" means a building or structure designed for and to be used for storage of passenger automobiles and in which no occupation, business or service for profit is carried on.
(b) "Storage or repair garage" means a building or space other than a private garage for the storage or repair of motor vehicles, with or without ordinary maintenance service and within which a filling station service and/or the sale of accessories is permitted.
