1020.09 LIMITATION ON INCREASE OF STREET RIGHTS OF WAY AND PAVED PORTIONS.

The required minimum right of way and the required minimum paved or improved portion thereof of any street may be increased no more than twenty percent by Council if deemed necessary because of unusual conditions and the anticipated volume and type of vehicular traffic.
