672.17 CARRYING CERTAIN WEAPONS PROHIBITED.

(a) No person shall carry on or about his or her person any dirk, machete, black jack, billy club, brass knuckles, "nun chuks" or stun gun, whether concealed or not.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of carrying weapons, a misdemeanor of the first degree, and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
