630.04 CAMPING BY MINORS.
   (a)   No person under the age of eighteen years shall, within the Village, tent, camp or sleep out-of- doors between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., unless the parent, guardian or person having lawful control of such minor person has first notified the Police Department of the base location where such tenting, camping or sleeping out-of-doors will occur, the name, residence address and telephone number of the minor person and the name of the person who will be in charge of and responsible for such minor person during such period.
   (b)   If a group of persons, one or more of whom is under the age of eighteen years, engages in the activities enumerated in subsection (a) hereof, one notification will be sufficient, provided that the required information is given as to each of such minor persons.
   (c)   Compliance with subsections (a) and (b) hereof shall not be mandatory where such activities are carried on solely and entirely upon the premises of the minor person's parent or guardian.

   (d)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
