(a) Blasting operations, including drilling, shall be suspended in the event that: blast-induced ground vibrations or air overpressure exceed allowable limits; flyrock causes or threatens to cause damage; or blasting causes damage to or threatens the stability of structures outside the prescribed limits of excavation.
(b) Blasting operations shall not resume until a revised blasting plan, prepared by the Blaster-In- Charge, has been approved by the engineer.
