620.01 SUMMARY.

The work specified in this section includes drill-and-blast methods, vibration and airbast limits, blast design, blasting safety, instrumentation and monitoring as they relate to construction and demolition activities. Mining operations shall be governed by applicable sections of the Ohio Revised Code as administered by ODNR as well as applicable sections of the Federal regulations.
