608.09 VILLAGE LIABILITY.

The issuance of any permit under this chapter shall not constitute acceptance by the Village of any liability to maintain any equipment, to answer alarms or to do anything in connection therewith. This government service shall not be an acceptance by the Village of any liability, in contract, negligence or otherwise, to provide any protection whatsoever.
