(a) No person shall park a commercial tractor, pole trailer, semitrailer, trailer or truck, other than a truck of less than three tons in gross weight, and other than a recreational vehicle, in a driveway or elsewhere on private property or public property, otherwise than in an enclosed structure. This section does not apply to vehicles in Country Home Districts.
(b) Any person charged with a violation of this section shall pay a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the first violation and two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each subsequent violation.
