440.13 ROCKSIDE ROAD RESTRICTIONS.

All trucks and heavy vehicles operating upon Rockside Road within the Village shall keep to the right- hand side of the roadway. No truck or heavy vehicle shall pass, or attempt to pass, any other motor vehicle that is being operated upon such roadway.
