(a) No person shall operate, upon any of the following streets within the Village, any through truck and/or commercial tractor/trailer with a gross weight exceeding five tons, unless such operation is made necessary, by the existence of emergency conditions, as transportation means for a resident, or by the fact that such truck is either making a pick-up from, or a delivery to, a residence, building or site located on such streets:
(1) Canal Road, from Rockside Road, south to Alexander Road
(2) Charles Drive
(3) Frances Drive
(4) Hathaway Drive
(5) Schreiber Road
(6) Stone Road
(7) Fosdick Road
(8) Murray Road
(9) Donald Avenue
(10) Tiny Lane
(11) Old Rockside Road, east on Canal Road
(12) Strathmore Drive
(13) Morningside Drive
(14) Tinkers Creek Road
(15) Hillside Road
(b) The following streets are hereby designated as truck routes within the Village:
(1) Canal Road, between Rockside Road and Granger Road
(2) Rockside Road
(3) Alexander/Pleasant Valley Roads
(4) Canal Road, south of Pleasant Valley Road
(5) Granger Road
(6) Warner Road
