290.01 ENFORCEMENT AND EDUCATION FUND.
   (a)   There is hereby established a special fund, to be known as the Mayor's Court Enforcement and Education Fund pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5705.12.
   (b)   A part of the fine imposed under Ohio R.C. 4511.99(A) shall be deposited in said Fund, to be used solely by the Valley View Police Department to pay only those costs it incurs in enforcing Ohio R.C. 4511.19, or a substantially similar Municipal ordinance.
