The Economic Development Commission shall hold meetings on a date and time subject to the call of the Mayor. All meetings shall follow an agenda which will be published, posted and distributed 24 hours before the meeting to the members of the Economic Development Commission, the Mayor, the members of Council, the Clerk-Treasurer, and the Village Law Director at their Village mail slots. All meetings shall be public and minutes of all meetings shall be kept. No action shall be taken or recommendation made to Council except by a vote of at least three of its members in the affirmative.
