276.03 FUNCTIONS.
    The functions of the Municipal Records Commission shall be to provide rules for the retention and disposal of the records of the Village and to review records disposal lists submitted by Municipal offices. The disposal lists shall contain those records which have been microfilmed or which no longer have administrative, legal or fiscal value to the Village or to its residents. Such records may be disposed of by the Commission pursuant to Ohio R.C. 149.351 to 149.43, inclusive.
