The Volunteer Fire Fighters' Dependents Fund Board of the Village is hereby established. Such Board shall, in all matters pertaining to it, be chosen, serve, act and function under and pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapter 146. The Board shall have such privileges, duties, responsibilities, powers and authority granted and provided by Ohio R.C. Chapter 146 and shall pay benefits in the manner, amount and to the beneficiaries specified in such Chapter. Such Chapter 146 is hereby referred to, adopted and made a part of this section as though fully set out and written herein.
If there is any conflict between any of the provisions of this section and those of Ohio R.C. Chapter 146, the provisions of Ohio R.C. Chapter 146 shall govern.
