(a) The Police Chief and Fire Chief shall each be provided with an automobile at the Village's expense and maintenance.
(b) The Police Chief and the Fire Chief are hereby authorized to use such vehicles while driving to and from their place of employment and are further authorized to use the vehicles while driving miscellaneous and minor personal errands.
(c) The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to enter into appropriate financial arrangements to carry out the provisions of this section.
