250.20 REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES FOR SEMINARS, CONFERENCES AND SCHOOLS.
   (a)   Commencing October 1, 1995, each member of Council, the Clerk-Treasurer and the Mayor are each entitled to six hundred dollars ($600.00) per twelve months for expenses incurred for attending seminars, conferences and schools which are related to the operation of a municipal government.
   (b)   Each official attending a seminar, conference or school shall obtain receipts of all expenses and present such receipts to the Clerk-Treasurer for payment. If funds are needed prior to attending said seminars, conferences or schools, the Clerk-Treasurer may pay the tuition or fees directly to the seminars, conferences or schools.
   (c)   Approval by the Finance Committee or Council shall not be required for permission to attend any Municipal seminar, conference or school, nor shall Finance Committee approval of expenses be required for the same.
   (d)   The funds necessary are hereby or will be appropriated.
