(a) All prospective full-time and part-time employees, with the exception of part-time seasonal high school students and playground supervisors, shall be required to submit to a physical examination and/or evaluation from St. Alexis Occupational Health Service or from any doctor of medicine or osteopathy selected by Council.
(b) If the designated physician determines, after obtaining the results of the pre-employment physical examination or evaluation, that the physical condition of the prospective employee would not enable him or her to perform the job requirements set forth in the Village job description, then that determination shall be final and such prospective employee shall not be hired.
