(a) All full-time employees shall be entitled to three working days to attend funerals for their spouse, children, parents, brothers, sisters, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparents and grandchildren.
(b) Each full-time firefighter, with the exception of the Fire Chief, shall be entitled to one twenty- four hour tour of duty off with pay to attend the funeral of his or her spouse, children, parents, brothers, sisters, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparents and grandchildren.
