(a) The Village shall pay full dental coverage for designated employees of the Village. A copy of such dental plan is attached to original Ordinance 81-2-13, passed February 3, 1981, and made a part of this section by reference.
(b) This section shall be retroactive to February 1, 1981.

(c) In addition to his or her regular compensation, the Mayor shall be entitled to dental insurance.
