(a) There is hereby established a Park Patrol consisting of up to six persons, as appointed by the Mayor.
(b) The persons appointed to the Park Patrol shall be considered part-time and paid as determined by Council from time to time with no other benefits.
(c) The persons appointed to the Park Patrol shall work under the supervision of the Recreation Director who will determine the work schedule and duties schedule.
(d) The four parks shall be patrolled and maintained from April 1 through October 31 of each year as follows:
(1) Weekends: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
(2) Weekdays (Monday through Friday): 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
(3) All parks shall be patrolled at the discretion of the Recreation Director or designee.
