(a) Residents of the Village who are in need of financial assistance to participate in the Recreation Department's Summer Camp Program shall be required to complete and submit a financial aid information and application form in order to qualify for such assistance.
(b) Residents of the Village who are in need of financial assistance must also be participants in the free and/or reduced lunch program as developed by the Cuyahoga Heights School District.
